CALVERT & COLLECTION RETURN POLICY:

To be eligible for a return your items must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received them.

"We can only arrange returns and refunds with the original purchaser."

Returns must be arranged by phone/email or in person through CALVERT & COLLECTION within 5 business days of receiving your items. If your return is request is approved you'll receive a separate confirmation email with instructions for your return. Once the item arrives with us and is checked by our returns and warranties team, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Unfortunately, we're not able to provide a return shipping label unless in the case of an error by Calvert and Collection, return shipping charges are covered by us. However, in all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges and refund will not be given on the original shipping charge. Customer incurs the cost of return shipping in like new condition, thank you!
