There is a fully stocked kitchen with a gas range, large fridge with icemaker, gas range, oven, microwave and a wine fridge . Each bedroom has a large screen tv and there is a Sonos system in each bedroom as well as the great room.
Guests are an easy two block walk from the Arrowhead Ski Lift inside our gated golf community, it is one of three lifts servicing Beaver Creek ski mountain. The Vista restaurant is also a short walk away. And the Beaver Creek Shuttle serving Beaver Creek Village is on demand throughout ski season.
Our large beautiful valley provides great opportunities for bike rides, golf, a pool/hot tub and lovely walks in summer.
Bookings require a 7 night minimum and a cleaning fee of $500. Additionally we do collect Colorado State taxes and transaction fees for those not paying cash.
There are three ensuite bedrooms with each room featuring a large screen TV.
The Living Room, Bar, Office, and Kitchen form one large room with a fireplace.
Enjoy blissful time on our second floor balcony overlooking The Country Club of the Rockies golf course, Castle Peak and the hills north of I-70.
We think The Ritz Calvert: Colorado is a cut above the rest, luxuriously appointed, completely remodeled with no expense spared - magazine worthy for sure.
Take advantage of the Eagle Vail Airport (EGE) to avoid Denver and the two and one-half hour drive. An FBO is also conveniently located nearby. Your drive to the condo will be roughly 30 minutes.
